Honestly I keep one in my car to wear into stores and stuff, and I have not washed it. I don't really think it does anything, but I wear it with respect to the people who are still scared and want to feel like others are doing something. I've seen more of the disposable ones littered on the ground than on people's faces.

What is with all the weird jehovah's witness drama on this website?

I can't imagine any possible defense for that cop's actions. And how could you not stop when there were multiple people not only watching, but filming? I don't think he meant to kill the guy but even if he hadn't died that amount of force was totally unreasonable. I hope every cop that saw what was happening goes to jail.

Off-Topic / Back to church?

Churchgoers, what's the current situation with yours? Are they opening and are you planning to go back as soon as they do? Mine is starting to try to make the decision when to open. I bet a lot of people will still want to worship from home for a while even after services resume.

I haven't been there but I would really love to see it someday. It looks so pretty!

I think I will probably just wait a bit and get a iPad. That is the best.

Have you looked at refurbished ones? I was always wary of refurbs, but I got my last iphone that way and it's been fine.

I used to use them but quit several months ago when they discontinued too many of the features I used. Paypal gave me the full amount though. Annoying how ID used to try to keep you hooked by skimming $3 off your cashout and then re-rewarding it to you to "get you started" on your next cycle. There's probably still $5 or so sitting in the account I walked away from.

Aw! We have a little duck family we see sometimes along the stream near my house if we go for a walk early in the morning. They're too adorable. 20-30 eggs is a lot! Maybe it was multiple nests?

Wow same here. I haven't had a good sense of time for this whole year, I would believe it's still March too. I'm not sure if we'll do anything for memorial day.

To be honest I have never found a cemetery creepy, of course I've never strolled through a really decrepit one or anything, but most have been very peaceful and pleasant if they're nicely landscaped. I would do cemetery walks if there was one a little closer!

The only tablet I've ever had is an ipad, like the original - it was fun while it lasted but it's now too obsolete to be good for anything.

I recently looked into getting a new tablet I could use just for browsing internet at meetings.. the Apple prices these days, yikes. I ended up buying a brand new cheapo touchscreen laptop instead of a refurbished newish ipad. Use of a thumb drive was imperative for me plus as cool as tablets are, the #1 thing that always cramped me about it was not having a real keyboard.

I've never been on a cruise and was never really interested in it anyway, even before the pandemic. Surely I can locate every one of the same activities on land where there's no risk of seasickness or drowning, lol.

They were the one big store in our mall where I had half a chance of finding something decent. I'm sad to see them go out, just because it's a shame to last that long and then fold up, but I absolutely see why they are, and they would've even without covid. Same story with Sears.

So sad. I can't believe that wasn't even 4 months ago. There's been so much going on it feels like it was a few years ago.

I'm glad your power is back on! That's the one downside to thunderstorms which I otherwise love.
