Hope you enjoyed it anyway, it's YOUR special day and no one can take that away from you!!  :)  I have 2 siblings.  The one that keeps in contact with me doesn't acknowledge my birthday and the one that avoids me 364 days a year will message me a "Happy Birthday" on FaceBook.  Got to take what you can get, I guess.  :D

People definitely notice my dog first before me, he SCREAMS when he sees other people or animals.  He's what they call "reactive", I think something in a vaccination he got didn't work out so well for him.  He's a boxer/pit, he's cute but he scares everyone to death.  People see him coming on our block and they just all stop what they are doing and go in their houses.  :(  I've tried everything to help him, nothing works.

Not much energy for cooking.  I like to use the slow cooker alot for healthy, easy meals with little fuss.  I also do alot of salads or sandwiches & soup because they don't require much effort.  For days when I don't want to cook at all, fruit bowl & some nuts are perfect.

I haven't been to a fast food place in a long time.  The thoughts of going now doesn't even appeal to me.  It might be "fast food" but nothing beats REAL food made at home, in my opinion.

rest & relaxation, I hope.  Been sick and running on very low energy.  I could sleep for a month but I got one day, sooo, hopefully it helps restore some energy.

Whole bean, ground fresh every morning and prefer drinking it black but sometimes add some half& half to help buffer ulcer trouble.

October...not looking forward to it.  Depression usually starts on Labor Day for me and lasts until Spring.  I hate the shorter days, the lack of sunshine, everything dying, the cold to come & the drear.  Sorry to be a "downer" for those that enjoy....but I just don't.  I was born in summer and love summer so much!

I missed the Day but it's usually Rice Krispies Treat Day at least once a month...I love them as a work snack.

I had alot of pet rabbits for years, growing up.  Some were kept in a pen outside.  Some of the small breeds were "house rabbits" (mini-lops, siamese, a dwarf hotot).  Had a pair of New Zealand bunnies, and a bunch of other breeds outside.  Never bred them, they were just great pets.  There was a couple of pet stores that kept getting in different bunny breeds and I kept adding them to my "collection".  (The siamese one came from a yard sale.) The ones indoors used a litterbox.  I even had one bunny that was born having only one ear.

Used to love planting them a "rabbit garden" every spring/summer and feeding them from it.  Bunnies are just so stinking adorable!!

5 cats now, lol.  One is a ginger Norwegian Forest cat, the only girl is a Norwegian Forest cat mix, a Ragdoll, and two domestic shorthairs.  The dog is a boxer/pit mix.  Two of the cats, and the dog were given to me.  (The dog's owner passed away, the Ragdoll's owner was no longer able to care for him and the girl cat's owner was going to have her euthanized for having a mess of medical problems)

I LOVE them all.  They all seem to  love each other, they've gotten along remarkably well every time I bring another one home.  They always find ways to amaze me.

All the flavored ones smell so good in the store aisle but I'd never buy them.  I only get the original ones for occasional hot chocolate, s'mores.......otherwise not that crazy about them.
