I hope to get my account information ironed out to be right there with all of you.  I noticed on this Fusioncash payment posted by jajaju50 that the phone number is a Montana number.  Why would there be a Montana number when the business is located in California?

I have been having the same issues as Suresh54kumar, but I never received a fax number or request to fax my documents to Fusioncash.   What is the number? I would be happy to do that if it helped them confirm my profile information to get cashed out.

Ssarber, how did you get your profile information saved to Fusioncash in the first place since you are trying to change it? It appears we started using the Fusioncash site at about the same time.  Just trying to figure out the similarities and differences to see if I can come up with a solution to getting a way to cashout.

I would be happy to help the administrator if they would just communicate.  The longer they go without answering help tickets, the more they will get and the further behind they will be.

I have been trying to set up my profile information since the beginning of March.  My phone number and email are verified but the Fusioncash website won't save my profile information (address).   I have submitted help tickets and while I did have one answered it didn't fix the problem. It only told me to clear the cache ( browsing history and cookies) and to restart the computer. I replied in a help ticket and stated that the previous options didn't work. I also am at a loss for how to fix this.  Since it is now the end of July, I am afraid I am going to start losing cash due to it being almost 180 days since the first time I used the site.

I would really like to fully utilize the site but can't since I can't cash out.  I do the daily email for 2 cents.  I like the quote included in the email everyday and look forward to it as this is part of my morning routine.

Please help me too!!

I also received the same warning when trying to login earlier today.   I waited and when I went back to try to login in again a few hours later, the warning is now gone.  Maybe FC fixed it in the last few hours.

I have put in some help tickets (March 2020, April 2020 and June 2020) to get the internal error fixed when I try to input my profile information and i have gotten two responses back.  This is great that I got responses back within a month, but the responses didn't help me fix the problem and I still can't get  my profile information added to cashout.  My account is in good standing and my email and phone number are verified (just can't get the profil info to go through).

Thank you for the suggestion.  I was actually thinking of asking for technical support elsewhere too to see what they have to suggest.  I have had some responses from the help tickets I have submitted but they have said to clear the cache and in another on tp try again.  I am impressed that I got a response but it hasn't fixed the problem.  I will try asking others like you mentioned.  Have a safe upcoming 4th!

For those of you who were a new member to Fusioncash in 2020 and have been able to add your profile information and/or cashout, how were you able to complete the profile information?

Any suggestions?  What kind of device were you using?  I need pointers as I don't know what I am doing wrong when entering my account information.

I have tried many times to add my profile information, I have followed the rules, I have cleared the cache, I have read through the community to see what is going on and I only have one Paypal and Fushioncash account.

I saw recently where another person was able to get their cashout so I continue to be hopeful. 

So, I tried again to add my profile information with "check" being the option for a cashout.  The site won't let me add my information even with a paper check option and I have no clue what I am doing wrong.

Everything is spelled right, I have the proper amount of money to cashout, my account is in good standing and I have requested help through the support tickets only to have the 'clear cache' or 'try again' response.  I am using a computer with Chrome, I have gone in and looked at the proxy settings in the advanced area of Chrome for the site and I am not coming up with anything.

I looked at the cookies which are and aren't allowed when visiting sites and didn't see anything glaring that needed to be allowed. 

Any suggestions?  I really want to use this site but for some reason I am not able to save my profile information.  Please help!!

I have been trying to input my profile information since the beginning of March and it is now mid-June.  I still can't get it put into the Fusioncash site and I have cleared the cache, followed the rules, used the proper device, used different browsers, tried to use the advanced settings for LAN, waited between attempts and still no luck. 

This has to be a programming issue on the Fusioncash site that they have to resolve.  I am wondering is they updated their software or changed a line of programming or something else that resulted in the inputting of profile information to glitch.  Programming can be fussy (which is not a surprise) but if this fixed, it would help Fusioncash out tremendously (I bet a lot of help tickets would be resolved).

I would be happy to be able to use the site like all of the other people on here do.

Anyone know programming well enough to help out?

When u signed up,did u verify your email address for FC?

I would also try to use Internet Explorer and clear the cache again.

Support answered you fast while some werent granted that.I am sure with time you will figure out why that is.

Hope u at least figure out how you can earn and update your info.

I have also clear the cache and used Internet Explorer as suggested.

I was impressed that I did get a response from Fusioncash support.  So I know they are trying.  But it hasn't fixed the issue uet.  I am still hopeful as I like this site.

I have been having the same problem entering my profile information (and have done the same things... clearing the cache, using different browsers and waiting between attempts) .  I have more than enough cash to meet the minimum of $25 and I still can't get my info added to the Fusioncash site.   I even tried to cashout with a check, bit that didnt work.  When i got to the final stage before finalizing the cashout, it shows you the address and name for where the check will be sent.  Mine showed me nothing but the city and state. I didnt end up cashing out at that time because I couldn't verify the check would be sent to me or that it would be made out to me.  I have verified my email and my phone number but I am in the same boat when trying to add my profile information to cashout.  If I figure out or find out how to fix this, I will be sure to post to the community to try and help anyone else.

I only have one account.  I wouldn't make multiple accounts for Fusioncash because it is not allowed by the rules.

I am sad to hear that you also have an outstanding help ticket from so long ago.

When I first created my account and before Ibstarted earning any cash, I entered my information.  That is when the first internal error occurred; on my initial attempt to create the account and before I began earning cash.  The only thing it accepted was the username, my email address and it gave me an account number. The error told me to try again in an hour or two.

So, at that point,  I decided to start looking around the site and start earning while I waited to try and enter my information again.  It is understandable that sometimes a web server is down for one reason or another.  I tried several more times (not all at the same time either) with no luck. So I read through the FAQs and submitted a help ticket.  As I mentioned,  I was very impressed that Fusioncash technical support got back to me within 48 hours with a response.  But after trying the advice provided,  it still didn't work. It was good advice, but it just didn't work. The next help ticket was in response to them requesting information about the browser I used.

Being the patient person I am, I waited to give them time to respond. Then I found the community forum and yes I did read that another person had issues as well. I cannot speak on the specifics of their case, but figured if there was another out there having issues, it could possibly be some programming on the Fusioncash server end.

I know the back end of programs get updated to fix bugs and can sometimes cause new ones (believe me... my Fortran programming class was very entertaining/frustrating when I had to debug a pogram I wrote).  

This what I suspect has happened and I would be happy to help if I knew what the error code was or that it was truly something on my end.

I don't want to give up on the site just yet because I really do like it and it has been helpful on other levels as well. Plus, I see all of the members that have been around a while and would like to be in that group one day as well.

Thank you for your suggestions.
I have used a computer, a tablet, an android phone.  I have used the following browsers: Safari, Chrome, Samsung and Microsoft Edge.

It is all of my information...... with the exception of my username and email address. I can’t even add my phone number because the text or phonecall you get with the code to enter (to verify your phone) doesn’t come through.  I haven’t had a problem with that for any other site, either.

Additionally, I have rebooted and cleared the cache and cookies on all devices.

I am at a complete loss at what the error is and why none of the devices or browsers I have used are working. I did put in a help ticket to technical support and they were quick to respond to the first ticket (I appreciated that). I did what they suggested (which is all of the things above and what you have suggested).  They also said in the response that if it doesn’t work to let them know. So I did. I told them and asked what I should do next.  That help ticket is still open and I submitted it on March 11th. 

It is just baffling to me that there would be an internal error on that many different devices unless the error is on the fusioncash site (but I don’t know the error code).  I am more than happy to try something different to get the issue resolved as I like using the site.

Yay!!!  I also got credit just now for my Tapresearch that I just completed.  So, it appears credit is now back up and running.  I did get credit for some but not all of the ones I had done a few days before that didn’t credit when I actually did them.  Happy to see this is working again.  The credit for Tapresearch credits so quickly after doing them typically and I really appreciate that. Thank you  Fusioncash!
