Support / Re: Where is the Administrator?
« on: October 02, 2020, 09:54:48 am »Message ID: 1340988
Regarding any moderators/administrators for the community forum, it looks like the last time the "Administrator" was on logged on Fusioncash was at the end of December 2019 and the last time "Kohler" (Fusioncash staff) was on the site was at the beginning of January 2020.  It has been even longer (several years) that there has been any Administrator activity on their Twitter or Facebook accounts.
Where did you see a post from Kohler in 2020? I haven't seen one from him for over 2 years now I believe.

Hi, Tuffys_daughtr!
If you click on Kohler's name in the FC forum, it will take you to the profile.  You can see when the last time Kohler logged on.  It shows their profile and stats.

There was no post but Inonly saw that Kohler was active in 2020.  Aigist 6th to be exact. (The time is on there too.  So, almost exact)

Hope that helps.

I have been having the same problem.  I have been trying to enter my profile information since March.  I have submitted help ticketd and nothing has helped.  I feel this is only a problem that the website Administrators can fix.  One of my help tickets i submitted got a response that they were happy i brought the issue to their attention and they have sent it to the appropriate department to get resolved.  That was 2 weeks ago and it is still not resolved. I am inside of 2 weeks shy of the 180 days where they will start taking money away that I have gotten from doing stuff on their site offers.  I am at my wits end about it and just wish they would fix the problem.  If they fix it, I really won't have a need for any other help tickets unless cashing out doesnt work.  I am in the same boat and if i find something out, I will be sure to let you know here. I am so sorry this is happening to you too!!  It is really upsetting.

I do not understand how you are able to do anything on the site if your profile is not complete.  I had to do that before I could access the site.
You actually remember that? I sure don't remember how it worked when I first registered. But I don't remember having to have all my info put in before I could earn. I'm pretty sure I didn't add all of my info until I was ready to do my first cash out.

Yes I remember that.  Besides that you can go to fusioncash.net and look at it and see for yourself.  I have one referral that is someone I know personally and when she joined she had to do exactly what I am saying.  Provide all the info upfront.
On this info page, it says registration is not required to access the site, but most features require it.  Also, there is a support email that might be helpful to those that are having issues. Countrygirl, seems all you want to do is give honest newbies grief and attempt to convince everyone you know everything, even though you are always putting FC down.  Just be nice OK? Please?   https://www.fusioncash.net/privacy.php

I am not giving them anything. Just calling BS when I see it.  Never said I know everything.  But the info I post IS correct.  ALL these people saying they have put in a user name and password and then started earning are lying.  You have to provide your name, address, payment info and all the other stuff upfront.  Yes you can READ in the forums without joining but you cannot actually earn any money until you have fully joined the site.  And nowhere have I ever put FC down.  Maybe it is random and different for different users.  Like I previously stated I know for a fact that all the info is required to join.  I don't know how one or 100 different people are able to do it differently.

It is not worth my effort to try and explain things if Countrygirl is going to be this way.  All i was looking for was help.

However, to one thing I must respond..... I am NOT a liar!

I haven't gotten that message. Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes I have trouble with Fusioncash when I am using Internet Explorer but the trouble goes away if I switch to Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

Soooo frustrating:

The error tells you the site has a server problem, why can't they fix it?

I've been trying Chrome OS, Win10 Edge and just now Internet Explorer:

The website cannot display the page

  HTTP 500

Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

What you can try:

  Refresh the page.

Go back to the previous page.

More information  More information
This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.

You should try calling Fusioncash and telling them about the problem or put in another support ticket.  No one here can fix it.  Just be patient; they will eventually get to it and your support ticket sometime.   :)  Good luck

Welcome, Jsnugs!!

I was wondering how the registration process for the Fusioncash site went for you.  Were you able to add all of your profile information without an error?  If so, how did you do it?

I hope you have a great day!! Enjoy the site.

I was looking at the phone # for FusionCash. Thearea  code is (406) that is area code for Montana. what's up with that????

This is the phone# listed on this site.

Yes, it is very strange there is a number based out of Montana for a California based business.

Regardless, the number doesn't work.

:cat:

I love this for our daily quote today!

Your Daily Quotation:
"In prosperity our friends know us; in adversity we know our friends."
-- John Churton Collins

I saw this one as well (i read them every day) and it is so true.  I have experienced this countless times.  Unfortunately, in adverse times, "friends" have not been there for me. It is sad and really hurts because that is when you need your "friends" most.  When you reach out to them for help, a person is usually vulnerable and exposed emotionally anyway, so it just adds insult to injury when a "friend" doesn't come through.

It is a good quote.

I think whoever it was moved on as well. I am sure they didnt get the reaction they were looking for, got bored and left.

There is not enough oversite on the website in general to have anyone actually monitoring the forum.

Let's hope something..... a lot of things change on this website for the better and soon!!

Fusioncash expects everyone on here to follow rules.  They should be following their own rules, too.

Communication is key, too. If they would just inform the users what is going on, that would solve so much.

I wish you good luck in trying to submit your forum posting bonus request each month. I would hate to see the effort you put in go to waste.  Perhaps aligning your posting sumbission with another type of monthly bill would belp you remember.  I do that with things and it seems to help me.

Good luck!!

Please share your story.

Congratulations on the cashout!  Good for you!

Ccandpam, I wouldn't wait to cashout if you have met the minimum.  This site seems to be having issues and you never know when it might affect future cashouts.  Get it while you can!
