Off-Topic / Decline in High School football participation

The city where I live does not have high school football. This year, I believe less than 15 people signed up to play.  I can understand that people do not want their kids to become seriously injured, but it is so different on a Friday night. I am used to going to football games and seeing people I have not seen in a while. I guess another sign of the times.

This sounds so nice and many of us would love to do this, but when you have known each other for less than 10 weeks and you are ready to walk down the isle? A friend of mine posted this on her Facebook page. I have not responded, like many others because you cannot know someone in that short amount of time. Plus this is her 3rd marriage and she is not 50 years old yet.!! SMH

I sat for 20 minutes at a stop. At first I was frustrated, but to see that 3 cars ahead of me were stopped for "issues", I am not sure if it was someone drunk, no license or inspection needed, but I was glad that the police was ticketing those people, especially if they were drunk.  Be safe this weekend.

I get paid every Friday. I am so happy because I did not spend a lot of money the last two weeks, so I will have extra money to knock down some bills. I'm luvin' it!

We usually spend time complimenting others, but what about us complimenting ourselves. What is that one thing that you love about you? I love that I have a big heart and I treat others with respect no matter if we have different beliefs and I will help anyone if I am able.
