FusionCash / Re: Finally restarted PTC
« on: August 03, 2020, 12:25:59 pm »Message ID: 1334460
I had pretty much been away from my home internet connection since July 03, 2020, so I had not been completing the PTC or any surveys. I just got back to it, and I completed the PTC as well as receive a .05 disqualification bonus from Tap Research, so I am set for tomorrow's PTC. It is great to be back.
It's good to have you back.  I'm not here every single day but in any given week, I probably log on 5 or 6 times.

Offers come, offers go; same with the surveys.  All I can say is that the earnings are still happening, so something must be going right.

Off-Topic / Re: Should the baseball season continue?

Personally, I'm not the sports fan that I once was a long time ago.  The sports world has changed, and not for the good.  I know, that's besides the point.

I don't consider baseball, or any other sport for that matter, a necessary occupation.  With what happened in the first weekend of the mlb return, the covid outbreak, I don't believe it should continue at all.

Off-Topic / Re: Sites that pay
« on: July 24, 2020, 10:01:08 am »Message ID: 1333125
Prolific pays pretty well, and you never get DQ'd. They're based in the UK so you'll get paid in Pounds, but PayPal will convert it to US Dollars for you. Their surveys are kind of refreshing, because you're not evaluating products again and again. They are academic studies; sometimes they present scenarios and ask how you would respond, sometimes they have you figure out puzzles and play cognitive games.
That is interesting information on Prolific.  I knew they were based in the UK, that you are not DQ'd and that they are a survey site but other than that, I did not have any other info.

Thank you for sharing.  I may look into this one.  I love Fusion Cash but on the occasions when it is down, like yesterday for example, it is always nice to have somewhere else to go.   :)

It was late; I was tired and ready for bed.  I'll try one last survey thinking that it will be another DQ penny.

Wouldn't you know it, I qualified!  The whole survey took about 20 minutes and I got $1.35 credited to my account immediately.  So with heavy eyelids and a good dose of satisfaction, I went to sleep.
Great news!  Just one more has often led me to a nice reward.

Yes, thank you, it was great news.  Many times I have found that trying just one more survey proves to make all the difference.

That's why I usually try to allot a good sized window of time when working on surveys, either here on Fusion Cash or my other sites.  Since it is a numbers game, I like having more numbers if I'm in the game.

Proverbs 9:10
King James Version
10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

The preaching of Gods kingdom has stopped in places were the virus is.The meetings, conventions etc are all online.Prov 9:10 says a lot who Jehovah is and many run to HIM for protection and instruction.

The door to door preaching as well as the public witnessing is what has stopped.  In our area, we are very busy preaching and teaching by means of letter writing, telephone witnessing and Zoom meetings with interested ones.

As you state, staying close to Jehovah for protection and direction is what all of our brothers and sisters are being asked to do.  Locally our brothers and sisters are doing just that and it has proven to keep us safe and healthy so far.

My mom lives in assisted living and it seems like I have not seen her in a looong time.  Before Covid 19 my spouse was very sick and we could not visit and then when he got better Covid 19 came along and no one could visit the assisted living home.  I live about 2 hours away but have a brother and sister who have been able to see her at the window.  I call every few days and talk to her though.  I'm glad they're are keeping everyone safe at 'the home'.   She's 87 and has COPD.
Another option we have been using for some of our families is Zoom (video calling). The software is free and you can get a webcam for as little as $10 and it's amazing how close to a real visit it can make you feel.
We visit family, friends and relatives via Zoom.  Since the middle of March our Congregation has held all of our meetings over Zoom.  It has been wonderful.

As far as visiting is concerned, we have actually been able to visit more often over Zoom than in person.  We've even arranged to have dinner with friends and family over Zoom. The cool thing about that is we only have to wash our own dishes.

I've tried a few and I believe every one credited.  After seeing your post title, I went to the video page.  Of course I was curious and had to see if there were still a number of offers.  There are.  That is good news.

Yes, I have noticed that on my last ptc page two times now.  I really don't know why it says that I completed this survey when I never did?!

It's a new advertising campaign.  The last campaign, I-Say, ran for a while.  Before that was Toluna.  There's no telling how long the Life Points campaign will go.

I wouldn't worry about the message since I've seen it twice already but have still gotten credit both times.

Recently I signed up with a gpt site.  At first things were going well.  All of a sudden my account was frozen.  My first support ticket had the reply saying that they had to verify the offer I completed with their advertisers.

A month later, I again sent a support ticket but this time the site wants me to send a photo or a scan of a document confirming my name and address on my profile.  Examples of documents are drivers license, or utility bills.

I know that the terms of service page on some of these earning sites state that they can, at times, request such information.  I've never had to submit anything like that before and I'm certainly not going to start now.

Whether the request is on a survey or an earning site, there is only so much personal information I'm willing to give.

Offers / Re: LifePoints Sponsored my PTC
« on: July 17, 2020, 03:44:43 am »Message ID: 1332528
Life Points was the sponsor of my PTC. I already belong. Just want to let members know that it is a good site. I get lots of reasonable surveys and I cash out frequently.
Thank you for sharing your experiences.  I've heard of Life Points.  Only recently have I heard of the site.  Another member mentioned two other sites, Global Test Market and My Survey and how they both merged into the new site.

I was a member of GTM a long time ago.  I liked them for a while until my account froze, or the site froze.  Also, I was a member of My Survey and have always like them.  I got into doing so many other projects that I let My Survey fall through the cracks.

Since it sounds new and improved maybe with a fresh look and feel, I may look into it.

Hey, congrats, that is wonderful news.  My husband also has a black thumb.  He's good a many things but gardening is not one of them.

Anyhow, we got a packet of green bean seeds and planted them a couple of weeks ago.  They're actually growing like a weed.  ( I hope it's not weeds we're seeing - lol ).  So we'll see what happens with that.

His sister sent us one of those indoor containers; I don't think it's Ikea but she sent it along with a link to a you tube video on how to easily grow sprouts.  I love sprouts, so now I'm on a sprout kick.  We'll give that a try as well.

Once every so often I do qualify and successfully complete a SaySo Survey.  Most of the time I'm DQ'd.

Yes, they dq very fast which is great.  I have no problem being rejected from SaySo since those pennies add up fast.

As was mentioned by one of the members, I qualify for the next day's ptc then go to SaySo as long as they are available.
