Offers / Trouble with Videos

The past few days I've been having a lot of trouble with the videos, specifically the Carousel type ones. No matter which browser I use, I can't get them to work. I click on the Start Video button, and the video page with the timer comes up for a couple seconds, then it reverts back to the Start page. I've tried everything, and they just won't work. Is anyone else having this trouble?

I was scammed by Netspend! I've had a account there for several years, and add money regularly through Paypal. I hardly ever used it for purchases, because of the fees, but I saved it for times when I wasn't sure if a particular offer was on the level, to save my main checking account from fraud. A couple months ago, I tried to log in to check my balance, and I got a message saying that there was a problem with my account, and to call the customer service number. So I did, and they told me that I was no longer eligible for an account! They said they would send me a refund check by mail. I don't remember the exact total I had in my account, but I know it was at least $99. (I'm not sure if that was before or after the last Paypal deposit I made, so it may have been more). Anyway, they only gave me a check for $54! That means they stole almost half of my balance! I'm definitely going to report them to the BBB, because that is blatant fraud, but I know that money is lost forever. What scam artists!

I hope MyPoints didn't turn into a scam site! I've been earning points there for year, mostly through their paid emails and coupons, and sometimes from shopping. I usually cash out as soon as I get enough points, but this time I waited, and now I have almost 14,000 points (mostly because the Swappable offer earned me a lot of points, and I had to wait for them to come off pending.) Every time I try to cash out, I get a message telling me my account is unavailable. I sent in a support ticket but I got a reply saying that they are backlogged, so it will be a while before they get back to me. It seems like just a convenient excuse. My account is still active, I can still earn points, but I sure hope I didn't get scammed by what used to be one of the easiest point earning sites!

I just cashed out again from this wonderful site. That makes my 19th cashout since I started! I know a lot of others have gotten more cashouts, but it still feels good every time I get another payment in my Paypal from FC. Really, for the amount of time I spend here (or don't spend here, LOL!) it's great to get all the free money!

I've been spending my time off from work trying to update my website. I've added several new opportunities, and enlarged the font size. I still have more to add, and I want to add a page for mobile apps. But at least I got a lot done.
The hardest part was figuring out how to change the default font size. For some reason when I first changed the stylesheet, the site didn't update right away, so I kept trying different things. But I guess I should have just waited a few minutes for it to update. Then I had a problem because it changed everything, including the menus, so then I had to put in a specific font size for the "nav" section. Really it shouldn't take that long, but I'm not very good with coding. It takes me a while to figure out what to change, usually by trial and error.

FusionCash / No Facebook Page?

I tried searching on Facebook for Fusion Cash, and realized they don't have a Facebook page! Wow, FC is really old-fashioned! I was hoping I could get a quicker response on Facebook, since I sent in a support ticket several days ago and never got a reply, but they don't even have Facebook. I'm not bashing FC, they are a good site, but I do sometimes wish they'd get into the 21st century, LOL!

Is FC support backed up or something? I sent in a support ticket a few days ago, and haven't heard anything. And other people I know haven't heard back either on their support tickets. I wonder if everyone went on vacation for the holidays, or what.

I tried to sign up for Pinecone Panel, but they said they had no openings for my demographics. What? I am a member of TONS of survey sites, and none of them ever rejected me from signing up! What's so special about them that they have to be so exclusive? I'm thinking they must overpay on their surveys, so they don't want to pay out too much money or something. Has anyone else ever been rejected by them?

Has anyone done the Holsted Jewelry offer? Is it necessary to order both rings to get credit, or is one ring OK? I did the offer years ago, and it was only a one ring offer, so I can't try it again. Back then, it credited fine.

I have several couponing rebate apps on my smartphone. I try to pair coupons with the rebates to get items for free or very low cost. My favorite app is Ibotta, they have a ton of offers, so I can get a lot of money back. Right now, I'm working toward a really great bonus. I need to redeem 7 more rebates by the end of the week to get a $5.00 bonus. The good thing is there are several items I need anyway, and a few more that will be free after I get credited, so I think I can make it.
I spend a lot of extra time shopping nowadays, but I think it is worth it. Do you coupon? If so, do you use apps to boost your earnings?

I've been getting a lot of amazing deals on Amazon lately. I found a few sites that offer huge discounts on various products, some even free, in exchange for an honest review. Plus, since I have a Prime membership, I usually get a $1 digital credit for choosing slower free shipping. So far I've spent $29 on 22 products with a total worth of $284, plus got back $18 in digital credits.
I really didn't need everything I got, and most of the items I probably wouldn't have bought at full price. But there were several items I did need, even though I was unwilling to spend the money. For example, I needed a spare USB charger, which are $5.00 a piece at Family Dollar, but I got a pack of 5 of the very same ones for $2.00. Overall, I got way more than my money's worth, and the digital credits are great too, because there is a whole long list of music that I need to replace my cassette tapes.

Someone needs to invent an offer database, that lists all the offers available on all the GPT sites. When I want to sign up for something, or get a new app on my phone, I first check the sites I'm a member of, to see if it is an offer somewhere. But this is time-consuming, and since most of the sites don't have a search function, I'm sure I've missed some. It would be so much easier if there was one website that was a database of all the offer sites, so I could just search on there, and see which sites had the offer, and how much they pay.

Offers / App Fly problem

I'm having a terrible time with App Fly. Every app I try to choose, I get a message saying that the webpage can't be opened, even though my data connection is fine. I think it has something to with the fact that it is going to Android Market, instead of the Google Play store, and not redirecting properly. It worked fine on my old phone, but I ran out of memory there. Any work arounds?

There's a 5-cent offer on the video page, to print a $2.00 coupon for any Natria product. Not only is the coupon useful, but that's a really easy way to make the 5 cents for the PTC. It credited right away, too.
