I really get upset when I finally qualify for a survey that took at least fiftenn min finish it and says congrat you
qualified for the survey and donot receive any credit and I cleared my cookies

Yes, that is frustrating!

I assume you held the congratulations/thank you page open for at least 10 minutes while you checked your account page (on another tab) to see if you got credit.

But occasionally, the credit will come through later.

Yes, that is very frustrating but what is even worse is that it happened to me three times in one day and that was really terrible, but this does sometimes happen. I have also taken 20 to 25 minutes surveys and just before I finish it says you don't qualify after I just spent 20 minutes answering their questions. Well, I just keep trying.

I use Internet Explorer for surveys on here and do everything else on Firefox. I have IE to automatically clear everything every time it closes and I haven't had an issue with a survey crediting.

I got to do two out of five this morning, so that really help add up the monies.  I just keep trying no matter how frustrated I get.  Every penny counts.

I just started and I have not qualified for ANY surveys yet.  Is this normal?  I think it's because I'm old and broke, so who cares what I think.  I don't see how I'll ever make any money on this site if I can't do surveys.  Any suggestions or encouragement?

its completely normal you don't always qualify for every survey it's a chance you have to take,it's not cause your old or broke it's a games of chance, i don't always qualify for survey's i just like taking a chance maybe today i won't qualify, maybe tomorrow i will. i just like being on this site it's fun and exciting.........
