Under the Weather
« on: December 12, 2015, 04:36:12 pm »
I've been under the weather for two days. I don't like the cold and warm weather we've been having lately. I get sick because of that.

Where do you live? Visit your local spa or gym. Too cold-Use the steam-sauna room. Too hot-Head for the swimming pool.

Yes, the pschyzoid weather can really effect the folks with breathing and immune issues.  I think our bodies are rythmic and they like the gentle shift from summer to winter and back to spring.  I think exercise helps alot when the weahter patterns are so changeable.  Has been nice to have a warm December though.

Yeah, the weather has been kinda crazy on the east coast as well. Our bodies are used to the cold weather this time a year but it's been so warm and then it gets drastically cold out. That's how we get sick... like the way I am today for the last 2 days as well. Head cold, sore throat, sinus thing and congestion. I wanna be in the Caribbean some where with a drink and a little umbrella thingy in it! lol
