cashout pending, not showing

i have requested a cash out for 25+$  last week. the most  information i received was will receive payment on or before  August 20th. since this last week august 1st i have not seen the transaction having any indication of when i should be getting it or if it was denied. pay pal had no pending markers of the money coming in from fusioncash. did my money cashout dissappear? will i get it  or is it lost does that go for my second cashout  of 31.75$

You'll get it around August 20 like it said. All payments requested anytime of the month will be paid around the 20th of the following month. It'll remain pending until it's been paid

You should be expecting to get around the 20th of the month. It's the same set date every month so there isn't any reason to put a date unless your payment will be off schedule due to some type of verification or extra information needed.
