either. you can create your own thread or you can just add a post to an existing one. the only thing is the post must be considered "contributory" so like this one will count because i am elaborating on an answer. but had i answered your question with just 1 word it would not count. but don't worry, its pretty easy to ramble on to make each post long enough and you'll have your 30 posts in no time. good luck and welcome to fusioncash!

If you submitted for Dec. the credit will likely show up by the end of Jan.
Submissions for Nov. will likely credit by the end of Dec.
I'm not positive on this but from personal experience this is what I have seen.

I use the 3.00 posting bonus for that time where i am at 23.95 or something and it feels like iCANNOT do any more!

I have a rotten time keeping track of how many times i have posted, and if they are long enough.  Anyone have any secretes?
