There is no 'best offer' it all depends on the person and computer doing it.  Some people get credited for an offer that others didn't.  Make sure you're clearing your cookies between offers and finishing per the rules on the offers page.

Perhaps someone could shed some light if they knew what you considered "the best"  It depends on what you are looking for.  The "best" varies from person to person. One of the best offers I liked was the QPB.  I got $10.00 back.  It payed for most of the shipping charges for the books in the enrollment offer!

Any offer that credits well could also be considered "the best"  Some prefer only offers that are free.

Your question has many answers and every answer will be different, I personally like the three dailys and any offer that is under tha "FREE/NO CC Required" but do whatever offers that you feel comfortable with.

I really recommend MySurvey.  It is free.  You will get $2.50 or something like that to sign up.  I belong to MySurvey and I know others who do.  From what I can tell, it is perfectly legit.  The surveys are great and relevant.  You will be told how much time they take in advance and usually the information is correct.  I have not yet tried to cash out.  I am waiting until after the holidays so I am unable to tell you how long it takes to get a check. Because I work in Market Research, I do not get very many surveys and often I do not qualify when I do.  But I do get some and I already have over 1,500 points.  I do not want to cash out until I get to 2,000 points.  I always look forward to a MySurvey survey.
