Problems with Give us your 2 cents survey

I guess you could say that give us your 2 cents can be fickle at times, and I know that first hand. I used firefox for a while and a couple of times I was able to get into the surveys and then suddenly one day I could'nt. So, needless to say I changed my browser back to IE and low and behold it works again. So right now I am happy 

It has nothing to do with your browser. It has to do with the selections you make. When it's asking you questions at first, it's seeing if you qualify for that particular survey. If you don't, you go to the next one and try again. It's not fickle, it's just the law of averages.

Actually I don't even get to start any surveys, it just gives me a message that says "Experiencing Technical Difficulties, try again later". You know what else? its doing the same thing on IE now...so I just give up.
