Issues being credited for Daily Surveys

Anyone else have problems being credited for the daily surveys?  I know its hard to get qualified in them sometimes but I have had a few times lately where I qualified and finished them and have not received credit.  Anyone else having this problem?

No, I always get credit within about 10-15 minutes. Have you cleared your cookies first?

Sometimes, and I have heard others from time to time say the same...best thing you could do is send a ticket to the staff on your account page, but they don't control the credits, and they will tell you to wait up to 30 days anyway.

I've just had problems with qualifying for the daily surveys for awhile now.

Make sure that you delete your browsing history and clear your cookies. I used to have problems with the daily surveys crediting but since I have started doing these two things each time before I go into FusionCash, I have had 100% success in getting credit for the daily surveys

It's only happened to me recently. Not that much though, but that's probably because I don't often qualify anyway haha.

 :thumbsup:I just found out if after you clear your cookies, you can also try this !!  Turn off your computer, and unplug it for about 10 minutes. That clears a lot of the stuff too. I tried it, and it works.

It is still happening to me. I get through the whole thing, it gives me the congratulations page, then nothing.

Clear your cookies and do not close any windows that the survey has opened until you receive the credit. I do this every time and always receive credit.
