i did that offer about 10 mos ago because they gave me free postage for trying it. never got credit from them.
i now use another site for my postage - no fees, just pay for postage.

Have you tried using a different browser?  I've done the offer with no problem and it credited within seconds of completion.

I think their software is compatible with IE only, so try that, if you've not done so already.
