I've did 3 special offers and so far, 2 have credited. I really like that section, and I'll try to do another one tomorrow. :notworthy:

I do not understand what manual approval is.  Can someone explain?  I have been not been credited for several offers that I completed.  I might like to try manual approval.   Thanks.

in the new offers area there is a tab on the top of that page that says "offer status"  -- in that location you can enter a "ticket" or a "message" about any of the offers.  you can start a conversation and FC administrators will review and see if they can manually give you the credit for the offer.

Has anyone been succesful at having a "special offer" manually approved.  Everytime I submit a request, I get the exact same message, from someone named Virgie, as a reply.  I think Virgie is a robot.

Has anyone been succesful?

I've had two different people respond to my inquiries, never "Virgie" but i have not been given credit for these completed offers.

When I submitted a ticket for one or more different offers for manual credit, the replies I received are similar. It sounds artificial. After I replied, the ticket was closed and nothing goes further beyond that.  :(

I have not been credited for doing some of the special offers either. I did for Gamevance, but had to remove that one from my computer due to spyware and malware attached to the program. i am waiting for credit for the jellysquirt game and a few others. I guess I will just wait and see what happens.

I am kinda new and have not had a problem with offers being credited until yesterday now I have at least 6 instant offers I have done that have not been credited. I have taken the advice of clearing cookies, staying on the page 10 minutes and have replied to all email verifications but yet it's not crediting. Some of the offers are:

Quality Health
Shop at home toolbar
Special: Get free quotes on homeowner's or renter's insurance!
Special: Sign up for a freebies newsletter and get cash!
Dunkin Donuts
Free Apple IPod

Anyone else have problems with these offers?

I was going to do some credit card needed offer but now I think I will wait.

Thanks

I am still trying to get manual approval for some "special offers".  Now Virgie, the robot, want me to send them copies of my confirmation e-mails I got from these companies.  Does anyone save their confirmation e-mails for 4-5 days?  I sent Virgie my Quote # from Liberty Mutual for an insurance quote, but he/she now needs to see the e-mail it came in.  If they want us to save confirmation e-mails, then that info should be posted somewhere on the "special offers" page.

Is anyone else having to jump thru hoops to get credited for the "special offers".

I guess I can only say for all new special offers completed but have not been credited, if there are any confirmation emails related to that we should save it just in case if we have to manually ask for credit. The same goes for downloading toolbars. Take a screenshot.

Requesting confirmation emails is standard practice, and we suggest it on the 'help' popup on the offers page.  Without one, there is no way for a 3rd party to know if you really signed up.

And also -- just so you know -- support for the special offers panel is provided by the third party special offers company - not FusionCash.  Virgie is not a robot... there is a whole team of support representatives who may assist you if you have a question.

I also did one of the new daily special offers for insurance and did receive credit after about two days (it was an allstate quote).  I haven't tried them again cause it took so long to complete and I haven't had the time.

Thanks.  I have not had good luck with these new, so-called "special offers".  It seems the burden of proof is on us.  I cannot understand how the insurance company, after sending me a quote, would not have any record of it.  I wrote down the quote amounts and sent them along to the support group, but I needed more proof than that.  Allstate, the insurnce company involved, did not provide a quote# that I could have referred to.
Never trust All State or Geico to credit you with anything.
