I've signed up for them in the past and never received anything, it's sucks because I put a good amount of time in them. I don't think I did it properly because I know someone who gets free stuff all the time.

There are sites that compile all of the free samples that companies give away. I like to check them out every now and then and see if there is something I would like to try, they have all types of different stuff from beauty supplies to food I like mysavings.com.

Some places do send alot of junk mail but not all do. Depends on the site. I just got a free full sized manicure set in the mail just for signing up for a weekly newsletter. I think that promotion is over now tho. I have a different email I dedicate just for freebie hunting ...keeps my main box open. Also a lot of the companies send coupons with the freebies.

I have the same set up. It works pretty well for me.
