I'm new to this site but I have worked on many other sites like this one.  One suggestion: On the offers, page, be aware that there are links on the top where you can view more offers than are currently displayed.  For example, try clicking on "popular" or "alphabetically" to see ones that aren't currently displayed.  And then, once you have completed the majority of the old ones, you can click "new" to see new ones every time you log back in.
