Heres a few tips for you. Write 8 more posts on the forum board that will be $3.00. Then do some surveys and some offers that interest you. Make sure you do the dailys, PTC, read email and maybe do some daily tasks. You should reach $25.00 to earn a payout pretty quickly if you do all those things every day.
Personally I don't cashout every month. I allow it to accumulate over a period of 3-4 months. I plan to cashout this month with $62 or a little more. I do this by doing the daily's, some surveys, read the email, some daily tasks, watch the videos on the special section and of course, posting in the forum.

Go to your Accounts page on FC and look at the top left corner of the page and choose the Account Information tab. It should pull-up your account information that you filled-out when you signed up with FC. If you scroll down to the lower half of the page you will see a tab for PayPal and check. You should have the circle for PayPal filled and then added the email address that is associated with your PayPal account. After you do those things, click the submit button and you're done. The next time you cashout with FC your money will go to your PayPal account.
