Hello everyone, WOW alot of new people in this chat room. thats nice to see.

I just got a letter in the mail for my daughters Pre-K orientation comming up.
This is her first year in public school very exciting,

Our other daughter is going to preschool that I have to pay for but it is worth it, our oldest was there last year and learned alot.

They are both very excited and they ask us like every other day if there is school today.

Talk to everyone later

Hey Koki!      I hope that you remember me! I changed my picture, so I didn't know if you knew it was still me. Miss hearing from you directly....how are you? Reply back if you want. Bye!    :peace:
Lol of course I remember you.  ;D How are you!? How is your son? Is he still all cute and clingy? I was worried that I was ignoring all the other posters there for a second. Then somehow I ended up high jacking the whole page. I noticed that I talked about myself too much. Lol I'm a complainer.

Oh I was wondering...has anyone been to The Staples Center before? Are the seats big? I'm thinking about going to this concert and they say it will be 6 hours long! 6 hours! There is bound to be some *bleep* falling "asleepage" with 6 hours and all  but I just want to know if it will be sped up by the arm of a too small chair digging into my sides.

Hello Koki!     I am glad that you replied to my last post. I was surprised to come into this chat room and found that you, Flor and Surveydad all responded! Well, anyways, YES, my son is still cute and clingy. He LOVES to go outside...it's all he wants to do! Today it is like 70 degrees outside and rainy...a HUGE relief from the previous days of 104 degrees!  He is starting to talk and talk and talk...just like his dad. He has a BIG imagination. Anything that is rectangular-shaped or has buttons on it he pretends it is a phone! His hair is getting so long too, I really don't want to cut it, everyone is saying that I should.  Haven't you noticed that most boys and guys actually will have better hair than us girls because they don't put on this styling product in their hair?  Not much is happening this week. No I haven't been to the Staples Center, although I wish I could. I know that it is in LA. What kind of concert is it? Why 6 hours? I don't know if I could last that long, except if it was a celebrity I really loved and wanted to meet. Well, I guess I'll sign off here....have to chat with Flor and Surveydad. Thanks for chatting with me! All the best to you and your hubby!    :peace:

@ Flor~ Hello!
I know what you mean when you say that you are scared to do anything on your computer with the risk of getting a virus again. To let you know about what I did. I went to BestBuy where I brought my computer, which is an ASUS, and it came with Kaspersky 2010 that the Geek Squad installed on my computer. I have had it for 6 months now, and it has taken care of all the viruses, malware, spyware, adware, trojans and even malicious tools. At Best Buy if you want to try it out, they can install it on your computer for 6 months to see if you like it. I only paid $17.00, I guess because I have insurance of my computer (which is high $... :o...) but it does save you money if your computer crashes, or if it just has a minor or major problem/s. When your 6 months is up, you go back to Best Buy and they will install it again on your computer, this time it is for 1 year subscription. It is better to be involved in their Rewards Program, because you can get discounts and such. This is what saves me money, since I have been a member for a few years, even before I brought my computer. I do know that from looking online it runs about $29.99-39.99, but I'm not sure for how long. Sorry I can't tell you the exact amount of protection for both desktop computers. I hope I have helped you a little bit... ;)
Anyways, hope you will stop by to chat, and have a great afternoon! Bye!    :peace:

@ Surveydad~ Hello!
Haven't chatted with you for awhile, so this is nice to do! WOW, I can't believe that your daughters are already going to Pre-K and Kindergarten. Is that right? Is Pre-K, Kindergarten also?   :dontknow:    My son is almost 2 (in November), so he still has awhile to go.   :P  I think about the first day he will go to school. I will probably videotape it and I bet he will cry. Today I went to the Post Office to check my mail and he was in the car with his dad, and he just cried so hard... :crybaby2:  Jeff took him inside the Post Office, his little nose was running and he stretched out his arms to me. I had to hug him for him to stop crying so hard. I think about how is he going to be able to spend one day alone without me???  :binkybaby: :crybaby2:  He is soooo attached to me, we are like sooo close. He is the sunshine of my life.   :angel11:  I hope that your daughters  will   school. I did, when I was that age. Hope they don't get any crushes yet    ;D  ...LOL, chat with you later, bye!   :peace:

Hi hi again!!!
Hi Workmama! Reading about your son, he reminds me of my niece. A couple times while I was watching her she would grab the remote control for the tv and start talking to it. As for his hair ^^ don't cut it if you don't want to!  :icon_rr: You're right some guys do have better hair then women. I used to work at Target with this one guy named Victor. He has such long pretty hair. The problem with that was that he knew it. He would leave it down and flip it around. It was a backroom job too and you were dealing with boxes and things so having your hair in your face was too much trouble. Mine would be up in a pony tail all the time so I don't know how he could deal with it like that. You could always let him grow it out long. My brother had long hair. All the girls would go OMG YOUR BROTHER'S HAIR IS SO PRETTY AND THICK! Then I would have to be all okay hoes calm down and back up. Eventually he cut it though. The bad side is that he may want to go cut crazy on his hair. I did that. My parent's wouldn't let me cut my hair. It was so much trouble. Eventually I complained enough and my dad cut it for me. It was horrible and crooked but it wasn't all the way down to my butt. So I was happy.

The concert I want to go to is SM Town Live. You know how I wrote that I really liked Korean pop music? Well, surprisingly the company that has my favorite group decided to do a world tour and added The Staples Center to one of their stops. Seeing as it's from Korea this probably won't be happening too much, but it's like a bunch of groups. There are only like 2 groups I really want to see and 2 that I sort of want to see. There are also other groups that I never heard of and don't want to sit through if I don't have to. Actually the number of the ones I don't want to see or don't know, outnumber the ones I do want to see. So I may not go. Also because my husband doesn't really like the same music I do, I don't want to have to pay for him to sit through something he doesn't like and I don't want to go by myself. My friend wants to go but he's all the way in Arizona. I think it will also be $100+ depending on what tickets are left. And seeing as my husband's birthday is coming up and we just got hit with another heat wave I could be using the ticket money towards an air conditioner. I seen a bunch are beginning to go on clearance and I want to jump on them.

This whole time i was like YAY!!! IT'S GETTING COOLER! Then it heats up again. It's okay if I just not move away from the fan. But once it's night time it's the worst. It was rare when I would go through a day that was hot AND a night that was hot. But they're picking up in frequency so I'm thinking maybe I should just get an air conditioner. It's hard to sleep when it's hot. You're surrounded by sheets and pillows making it worse. Workmama I'm totally jealous of your rain! Do you think you could send a little my way?

@Koki~ Hi!     I would send you the rain if I could and the 70 degree weather, which WAS lingering here for a few days, but now it is back up to 95 degrees and it sucks!   :BangHead:  If I was you, I probably use my money to buy an air conditioner.   8)  My central air went out last night for a few hours, and I began to feel sick...I can't stand the heat at all.   :crybaby2:   I don't know how you are able to tolerate it at all. Finally at 10pm the air kicked back in, right before I went to bed, I think Jeff found a sensor and fixed it.  I was sooo happy!  :D   I should be grateful for what I have, knowing that some people still have to use a fan.  I think I won't cut my son's hair. I am going to see how long it grows. It's so shiny and beautiful now....better than my hair...LOL   Well, I got to get busy on my work, I'm behind today and tomorrow is a big day because I got to do errands and go grocery shopping, so I have to have everything ready and in place for tomorrow. Chat with you later, bye!   :peace:

It's not so bad with just the fan. If it's a not too hot day it's just enough to keep us cool. Even when I had an air conditioner I tried my best not to use it. Conserving energy and all that junk. I would only use it if it was so hot that I would get sweaty just by sitting still LOL  :P. But my husband came home today and we both decided to just go ahead and get an air conditioner. They're on clearance and my brother can use his girlfriend's discount. It's only 10% but it's better then nothing. At least that will get rid of the sales tax.

Hello everyone, I am back took a week vacation and stayed home with the family and rested. We did take the girls Bowling and Mini Golf. They loved the Bowling but not mini golf. We had a great time.

Workmama sorry I did not get back to you, My daughters are both going into Pre-K but my youngest is going into like a Pre Pre-K she starts on Wednesday and my wife is a teacher she also goes on wednesday then my oldest will start at her school on Thursday it is going to be an exciting week.
I can relate to your post office story my girls are very attached to my wife, she can't go anywhere unless she tells them she has to go to a meeting for work then they let her go but anywhere else its a fight but they are starting to get better with that, its tougher when she has to go back to work after having the summer off with them.

The girls are very excited to start school so I hope that continues, we will see and I don't want to think about them having any crushes....haha

Talk to you later

Hi everybody. There are a lot of new people posting in here. It's probably because there is nothing but crap and idiotic topics in the other forums. I am so sick of the forums right now, I have not posted much. Life has been so busy for me with work, drama at home, breakups, financial woes and illness. There are times when I feel so helpless and this is one of those times. I want to help my family during their times of need, but its hard being 3,000 miles away. I wish I was independently rich so I could help another family member with their financial crisis. But, I am a mere Surgical Tech getting by paycheck to paycheck. Ok, I'm done with my pity story.
So, how is everyone doing?

Hello Irish. I know what you mean about helping family. Though it not for my family they do pretty good for theirselves. Is my man and his family I am really wantng to help but the past few years have been to rough on me. Can hardly afford to take care of myself.

Think of it is this life throws us trials. It never throws us more than we can handle. As every one kept telling me and still do when I have my "moods" Everything will work itself out.

Just never forget to tell your family how much you love and care for them. That helps more than anything else. Some times money makes things worse depending on the person.
