but I don't think by you two saying your citys name that is giving out your contact information. I have seen on other posts people saying how they live in Philly or NYC and those are cities.

Had a long weekend, My little one was sick all weekend long with high fever 

It got to 103 at one point, that scared us because two years ago her fever got over 103
and she had a seziure and we were told if it ever got high like that again she has a 30% chance of having a seziure again.

but it was finally down under a 100 last night so we kept her home from school today so she could rest.

What a nightmare.

   
My wife took our oldest to K-mart the other day, and the Holloween set-up they had as you walked in was crazy. is there really a need to have a haunted house like atmosphere right as you walked in. She said this set-up was so scary that my daughter would not take her head  away from my wife the whole time they were there.

It's not like they were at a hallloween store this was K-mart. Now she had been telling me that she does not like halloween and she wants nothing to do with halloween. Sad maybe she will feel different in a couple of weeks but as for now she does not want to even go to the pumpkin patch to get some pumpkins,

I cannot believe k-mart would put up such a scary Halloween setup! It must of been really scary for you daughter to not even WANT to like or participate in Halloween at all. Shame on them!  The world today sometimes just makes me so sick because of what is being displayed now as "normal"....it's crazy!  

@ sflynt~    I can now spell your username without having to look at it again and again to spell it correctly...LOL  
Glad to hear that your daughter is well again. What do you mean by a zoo run? A run in the zoo?....LOL

@everyone who wished me luck on my 5k run.....
 I was a little disappointed this year, because there wasn't as many runners or sponsors, so NO ONE got their picture taken this year.    They did hand out ribbons to the winners in the age groups. I got 3rd place in my age group with a time of 27:14. It was really windy on Saturday, so the wind screwed up my time a little.....NO, MORE LIKE A LOT!!  
Tomorrow I have to start my 5k training for a run in November in Joplin, MO....have you been there? I do the Thomas Jefferson Turkey Trot 5k run there every year. Last year, I was like 2 minutes from placing, so I think this year I can do it. Hopefully the wind won't be a pain in the face....LOL!

Who are you referring to? (That is, whom do you wish to chat with?) 
Christ and religion beliefs online are always a touching subject, so I am not sure if I will share my views with you...I consider that a private manner and do not wish to disclose with people I have never met.

with no disrespect meant when i say this , why would anyone who has experienced the love of christ want to keep him all to ourselves ? afterall he did send the deciples out 2x2 to spread his truth from the father to all of the world and to never keep hidden that which has been so freely given to us . i hope i all understands why i need and want share his love .. have an awesome day everyone

Hello Florezitta and all in her chat room!

I am in my early 50s.  We are now empty nesters.  Still getting used to it.  I really miss my kids and all the activities we did together....from baby stage all the way up to their high school activities.  I REALLY enjoyed being a MOM (not that I am not still Mom, but it is a much different role now.)

I work in a group home for traumatic brain injured people.  I enjoy what I do.

I work online a little using FusionCash and some others to generate free cash

This coming Saturday, I am embarking on an Adventure!  I will be helping my sister-in-law move from Iowa to Mexico.  She has purchased a truck and has it loaded.  So after work on Friday, I will head to Iowa from Minnesota and Saturday morning we will start off.

I will miss FusionCash during my trip as the rules say I cannot log into FusionCash from a public computer.

This is exactly what I mean! The moment someone mentions Christ in their posts and I respond I get slammed one way or another....not just here @ FC but @ other Forums. This is why I said that I would like to keep MY THOUGHTS ABOUT RELIGION AND CHRIST TO MYSELF! I will tell you though I know a great deal about Christainity and Theology....my dad is a pastor....so I know a lot more than most, but I like to keep the religious stuff private because it turns out to be a big deal and I hate getting slammed or people not liking me. So I will stick to my decision and keep my thoughts and opinions to myself, thank you!

Sounds fun...your Mexico moving trip, or should I say, roadtrip with your sister in law. Quite a big move in my opinion. I lived in Mexico when I was 19 for about 6 months with a friend of mine. My parents said I could go because I did so well in school and that I needed a break. It was fun and I had a blast. I worked in a Mexician restaurant there and learnt the language so it had added bonuses!...LOL   
Well, I really don't know what else to say....my mind is on other things....so I will tell you Good Luck and Have Fun! Hope to see you again when you come back to earn more money @ FC!!

Surveydad, I hope your little one feels better!! Its so horrible when they're that sick. so helpless.    and I hope your oldest gets over her fear of halloween too! My son used to get really scared at halloween, then one day, he stopped. I think its cuz he saw how brave his older cousins were (girl cousins) lol...

@ sflynt ~ Thank you, she finally feels better and went back to school yesterday... it really is horrible when there sick. I hope my oldest gets over her fears, we are going to bring them pumpkin picking this weekend so trying to ween her into alittle at a time should be good.

@ Wmama ~ I could not believe it either, she is even is a little scared to walk into the supermarket, We have to kind of pull her in it's sad, But like i said above we are going pumpkin picking and they are going to make some pies which is good because I love Pumpkin Pie.

And Congrats on the third place finish, that stinks that there was no picture, maybe on the next one, is your training different for this one?
