How many glasses of water do you drink a day?

Some days i drink just water so probably a lot more.
I don't count.
I drink a lot of lemonade though.

I drink water all day, if i had to guess maybe at least 50 glasses. But remember this a guess, since i do not drink pop or nothing and only water.

I drink 12 cups. I know thats a lot but I hate being thirsty + It cleanses your skin!

I usually get about 96oz a day, sometime more.  I've got a big 32oz bottle that makes it pretty easy.

I try to get around 64 oz of water everyday. It doesn't always happen but the more often the better!

I tend to drink bottled water so it is easier to keep track of my intake by the empty bottles

LOL That would be a good way to make it an offer. You would definitely have to worry about water poisoning though (I think that's what they call it anyway) I don't think that I would...I can't drink enough to accomplish that.

I need to be better about this. I drink about 64 oz of liquid a day but only about 1/3 is water. The rest is milk (about half) and soda or tea.

I drink water all day long, so I am sure I drink at least 6-8 glasses

      Basically: Eight 8.oz glasses plus...water only. Any other drinks: Sodas, energy drinks...other drinks are not included. I was reading the other day that people should drink this minimum...because your body basically needs these amounts every day. If you do not drink it your body is going to look for the water reserves in your body and use them...including your brain. This is the reason people who do not drink enough water per day get headaches.

yep i will try to count the cups i drink..in the past i drink atleast 8 cup of water a daand now i stopped drinking that much.i need to start drink a lot it helps all the small prob we have daily.such as headaches,sorethroat.even u have reduce fat drinking so much water.so drink atleast 8 to 10 cups of water a day.

I don't drink as much as I should.  I usually drink way too much coffee.
