Hello, I am not sure I am understanding your question.

You want to know if you can use a Verified Pay pal account to request money from other websites? If this is you question I suggest you check out the payment options on the website you want to request money from.

:) sorry if this wasn't what you were looking for.

Looks to me like it needs to be verified only It's been so long since I did mine I don't remember if to verify you need to link a bank account.

But this is what I found in the TOS

   1.  PayPal Requirements. The PayPal cashout method has the following stipulations:
         1. Multiple FusionCash users may not share a single PayPal account.
         2. There must be an active PayPal account at the payment email address.
         3. PayPal accounts must be Verified and located in the United States.

   2. Time zone. All dates and times given are U.S. Pacific Time.
   3. Forum. Any dispute under this agreement must be settled under the laws of California. Any litigation relating to this document must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, CA, our place of business.

If paypal is asking for a bank account there might not be a way around it. Sorry

In order for you to have your fusion cash money deposited into your paypal account, you will have to put in your bank account info in paypal. That's what happened to me. In order for your paypal account to be verified, they need your bank info. All they do is once you enter your bank info to paypal, they will make two deposits into your bank account and then you will have to let paypal know how much money they put into your account just so that they know they deposited the money in the right account. With me they made a deposit of 10 cents and 14 cents into my bank account.

Oh yeah that's right I remember this process. they deposited .11 and .19 to me. It was fairly easy to get verified. But once you add your bank account you can not remove it. There always has to be a bank account on file.

Believe it also cost $4.95 to get the Green Dot card plus the money you put into it.  And when that money is used up, it cost another 4.95 to "fill it up".

You should consider getting a bank account --- for alot of reasons -- not just to verify your PAYPAL account.  It will help establish your credit.

Might be able to use a saving account (which would cost less than opening a checking account).
