E-Cigarettes
« on: May 06, 2010, 09:19:58 am »
E-Cigarettes or Electric Cigarettes or Electronic Cigarettes...have you heard of them? If so, what do you think about them? If you don't know what they are, here's brief description....

It's basically a battery operated cigarette that you may recharge. It provides no odor, no smoke, and no other chemical substances like the regular tobacco cigarettes that is out there. The e-cigarette only has nicotine within the product.

How it's used:
Each cartridge has a nicotine liquid. Every time you take a puff, the liquid warms up and a small odorless mist forms. As time goes by, the mist will eventually become less and less, telling you that it is time to change the cartridge.

I believe one cartridge is equivalent to a 10-30 cigarettes depending on how much of a frequent smoker you are.

I'd love to hear from non-smokers and smokers as well!

Think it is pretty silly. ::)

But what ever will give them the will to quit.

I have used them and still use them sometimes where smoking is prohibited and they have helped me to cut back on analogs (real cigs). There are many different styles and prices so be careful and shop around. Visit the ecig forum. Just type ecigforum in google. Lots of info there and lots of videos and reviews. Don't pay more than you have to. Good luck to you!

It is best to just break the habit. I used the patch and after 3 times, I made it. Keep trying. Don't give up.
