No, cash out on the last day of this month, as you do on the last day of every month.
Then, with direct deposit, you'll get your payment a few days earlier than you would have if you chose to get paid by check.

no matter when you cashout this month... you will not be paid before jan 15th - 20th... dec's was early due to christmas... so there is never any point in cashing out before the last day of the month... just remember to cashout by then lol.
