Do you read or watch tv before going to bed?

   As for me, I am on the computer usually playing games or watching videos or answering E-mail before I go to bed. So I guess I am technically watching a TV (of sorts) and reading too

I always have the tv on when I'm on the computer working or playing I have to have the noise and I usually can tell you whats going on in the show or movie that is on without even watching it just by listening to it.   :thumbsup

i watch tv in bed, and it makes me sleepy in fact sometimes i fall asleep with the tv on.

I always try to get at least a half hour of reading in before I go to bed.  It (usually) helps me to wind down.

Yes, before I could not go to sleep unless it was on. Now it has to be off and completely silent, I guess it is something to do with the peace inside me now. It always use to be caos all the time.

Before going to bed I normally be on the computer while in bed which I get sleepy most of the time, and sometimes I just fall asleep watching TV. Also sometimes if I have time before bed I will make time to get a quick read of a book. I guess it all depends on what I'm doing in those times before going to bed.

There is a 50-50 chance that I read or watch a television show (not on TV) on laptop just before I go to sleep. I prefer watching TV programs on laptop as the advantages are obvious.
