If I watch tv when I am tired I usually fall asleep before it ends. Then I wake up in the middle of the night and turn it off.

I always bring my Kindle eReader to bed with me and I always have my TV on.  My intentions are always to read a little and watch some TV.  Usually after about 10 minutes the TV is watching me and my eReader is left unread.
