Do you read or watch tv before going to bed?

I watch Adult Swim( ), then maybe read a book if I have some trouble falling asleep.

I watch tv, then when my baby falls asleep I go to bed.

lately it seems as though I can't fall asleep with out the tv on

I do both, I generally settle down with the tv on and read a chapter or five before I get tired enough to fall asleep.  And even then I fall asleep with the TV on and the sleep timer set.  It's kind of sad, when I was little I had to sleep when it was absolutely silent but when I turned like seventeen maybe eighteen I needed the background noise.

I watch t.v. before going to bed. I used to read before going to bed but lately I haven't come across any good books that demanded my nighttime attention.

I like to watch tv because it helps me to sleep better.
