Contests for the most offers is common practice among GPT sites.  The contests has improved the response by their members and hasn't caused the advertisers to cut back on their offers.  Probably resulted in more offers becoming available.

I really don't know what you mean by "spam the post". The type of contest they are referring to has nothing to do with the forum.

I think this is a good idea. However, I would make it a one time promotion. Instead of making it ongoing, FC can make it one of their monthly promotions. This way they will be able to track progress better. Then to make it interesting instead of one member winning maybe they can have three (3) to ten (10) winners with the amount of the prize going down to the last winner.

Thats a good idea!!. I would not win lol because I only do the 15 cents and the posts but I'm sure it would be a good competition!

I like this idea.  There should be multiple prizes though.  FC can afford that.
