I would think that you would remember if you signed up twice, which is a no-no. And, if you did, both accounts would be banned. Therefore, you would know.

No matter how many times i watch the video and read the rules and everything else, I STILL cant seem to figure 1 thing out....IF i am doing the bonus request form right. The way I see it is when you read and reply to a post you put that members number on the form. Is that right?

First of all, you don't have enough posts to fill out the request form yet anyway....you need at least 30 contributory posts. When you do have enough and are ready to fill out the request form, you fill in the "message ID" number in each of the 3 boxes for the posts you want to use (see below):

You can use the message ID number from any qualifying post made during the month you are requesting for. Also keep in mind that posts in certain forums do not count towards this. Go here http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?action=profile;u=1253974;sa=showPosts to see how many qualifying posts you have made. Qualifying posts must be conversational. One word replies are not accepted.
