why is it taking so long this time for a reply from support? My time is running out.. Its almost 180 days and I tried cashing out but cant do it until I fax FC form BUT this is NOT working for me  If you check the payment forum, you can read what Im talking about. I posted this here BUT I think I posted in wrong forum...   It has been 3 days since I sent a support ticket now with no answer as of yet. and if I lose out on my cashout, I will really be sad.. please help..ANYONE!  call me, text me, ill give you ALL my info to prove who I am...I am desperate!

Hello LuckyDeutch I am sorry you are having trouble with printing your document. I can't not say why it is taking so long for a response from FC but there must be a good reason they could be working on your issue behind the scenes. Since you mentioned that you are able to print other documents have you thought about using the PRINT SCREEN  feature? If you have not this is how you do it...

Center the Doc on your screen and hit the PrintScreen/SysRq (assuming you have the same keys) then paste it on to PAINT or NOTEPAD and print it from there. Hope some of this helps you.

Thank you and I will also try this in a few minutes also. I hope this is the last time I go thru this. It is very frustrating and makes me have no more motivation to do anything on FC til this issue is resolved.

Could I log on to someone else s computer and print this out and fax it? or does it HAVE to be on my computer?

As long as you're logging on to someone's that is not a member of FC, otherwise if the FC system detects that you're using another members computer (IP address), it could get both of your accounts banned. Did you try florezitta's suggestion of using the "Print Screen" option??

  yes i did and still doesnt work. I bought a new printer thinking maybe it was that and its not so im almost giving up here. I will try someone elses computer in morning. Thanks again

Still no reply from Support? I find it odd that they have not yet replied. Be sure to check your spam folder or go back to the support ticket here on FC it might have already been addressed https://www.fusioncash.net/tickets.php   Hope it has been.

P.S could your Antivirus or firewall be blocking a pop up? I don't quite remember how this works but if it is on some browsers you will see a notification on either your far right address bar or on the bottom right of the browser it sometimes looks like an Eye crossed out or a stop sign crossed out. Hope some of this helps.

  still waitng for support but I know they are overwelmed right now and yes I understand.. I have a feeling it is going to be too later for me to cashout due to this problem im having. I cant get motivated doing anything on here yet cuz im so worried about this cashout deadline.

You haven't had any contact with support? I find that very odd it is not like them to take so long. Maybe check that the ticket was submitted? I am sure they will work with you.

No I havent got an answer from support yet. Ticket is open, but no response yet. They have a message above my ticket that says they are overwelmed with support tickets and they will get back as soon as they can. I have sent them 2 actually. so now its just the wait to see whats going to happen. I hate the waiting game this long. I dont mind waiting a couple days but a week or two is kinda discouraging.
