Hopper was an actor I loved, probably because he was such a rebel and refused to conform to Hollywood standards.

I also saw that Gary Coleman died yesterday at the age of 42.

Hopefully the media will focus on something other than their problems with substance abuse and the law. They were but humans with flaws, just like all of us.    RIP

If I am not mistaken He as the bomber on the movie SPEED with Keanu Reeves and Jeff Daniels. He also had a leading role in the television series Crash.

He also appeared in the movie classic such as Giant and he played the son of Elizabeth Taylor. He was a young actor back then from the 50s. He probably had played all sort of roles.. from good guys to villain.

Wow, no one has mentioned the classics "Easy Rider", "Apocolypse Now", or "Rebel Without A Cause"?! You must all be extremely young not to know Hopper for those in particular or maybe you're not classic movie buffs.

Yea its sad..i mainly know dennis hopper from speed! It does seem a lot of stars are dying in the last two years!!
