can he still use fushioncash?
he works on the computer all day and still has alot of free time

Yes, you should receive your payment around the 20th of January. 

Regarding your friend, according to the TOS for FC, no public or company ISP addresses are allowed.  Even with that rule, others may be signed up with FC, and if your friend signs up or uses FC at work it could knock your friend right off and you would be denied the referral.

If it is a company internet where there are more people than just him on the server, then its not permitted.

it would not be a good idea because he don't know who has ever used that pc.. and most jobs with pc's and net use 1 isp for all computers there. so there could be someone else there already useing one of those pc'ss to work on fc. so if he joined up and the isp would tacked to more then 1 person/ account. him and the other person would both lose their accoutns and any pending money they have in it. so no... don't do it

no matter when you cashout. you will not get your payment till on or a little before the 20th.. most times for paypal and direct depo around the 15th of the month.. so best to wait till the last day of each month to cashout. so if you earn more money you can add it.

Even if two people used the same isp address {not isp} the "mac address" would differ
as it's two different computers.

Everyone got Decembers payment early b/c FC decided to do so b/c of Christmas. Normal time to receive payment is around the 20th of each month. This instance being Jan. 20th. Sometimes we'll get payments early but mostly, on or around the 20th.

i have dsl now and had cable broadband before this...  we have a;ways had a min of two pc's.... and they both show the same isp address.  the mac address is linked to the isp it's self. so when someone looks up your isp. it shows to then as being the same.

with aol, it's a prozy and that is a no no right there. so there would be no arguement.
