Do you buy or subscribe a magazine?

I don't ever buy magazines, unless it's really cheap and possible to get online...

I love magazines. I buy them often, but find that when I subscribe it's just like the newspaper, it piles up and I fall behind easily. When I feel up to reading one, I go pick out one that looks interesting whether I have ever read that mag in the past or not. More expensive, but at least I read them that way.

I subscribe to Good Housekeeping and Self as well as Health.  I look forward to getting them every month.

In the past I subscribed to magazines, but finances are not plentiful so I had to let them lapse.  If I find one that is not too expensive and like the articles maybe I will purchase a copy.

I used to manage a strip club, that was associated with a globally published magazine.  We gave away free yearly subscriptions to visitors of the club from time to time... I signed my self up once, and now i am on my fifth year of recving the magazine for free...

I receive a subscription of Sports Illustrated.  My parents bought it as a birthday gift back in I believe '06, and have since continued to renew it every year at my birthday.  If they stopped, I'd probably not go ahead and pay for it myself.  I think most of what you can find in magazines can now be found online for free.  Also, a lot of times by the time you get the magazine, the stories are already a bit old and outdated.

I got a free subscription to Harper's Bazaar.  I don't think it's that interesting.  I don't usually buy magazines, I don't feel like most are worth it.
