Where are the special offers? I only have the 4 dailies showing...

So far I don't have many offers. The offers always says, "that you so far open 3 offers and you have 4 more to go". I open then up, but unabel to continue process. I wish I had more options.I only have $7.39, I'm working towards more but no luck, it's frustrating trying to speed things up.

I'll ty it and see if I get credit. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.  Mostly though it seems that on some days the system works better than on others.  Has anyone else noticed that?
