I usually accept invites unless it is someone that doesn't even have a profile picture and has no activity other than adding people. Especially if we have no mutual friends and they have no network listed.

I only add friends or friends of friends after I check their profile. Too many creeps out there trying to just hack your account...even with the so called 'New Security' on FB.

Why do you need more friends? They're not even really your friends. Are you really going to be happier if Facebook says you have 500 friends instead of 25?
