Your 2 cents isn't worth much to me, and I will keep bitching until I get paid.  I only do one or two offers a day and they are the big money ones where you actually have to purchase things to get paid, not the silly surveys to get free samples of things that pay a quarter or two.  I feel that if am buying things from companies that promise to pay money for using their services that they should follow through on their end.

MY POINT IS... if we are not going to be credited for offers, they shouldn't have a BIG RED SIGN saying INSTANT CREDIT!  Is that too much to ask?

Since you aren't getting paid after requesting manual payout, your obviously not giving enough proof of purchase. It's like me requesting manual payout for something I simply clicked on (since it logs all the clicks). Since you used your credit card, your bill should come shortly and you can email them a screenshot of you doing whatever. Or, an email of some sort of the people messaging you that you have indeed paid for your purchase and want to get paid. Any of these could easily suffice you getting paid so in reality, your not really doing your job.

Or like the admin said, it could take weeks for them to verify.

By the way, your not going to get far with your attitude. Maybe make a suggestion on how the admin can do better to fit the needs of the site.

But since your ego is to high to do that, I'll ask for you.

Hey administrator, could you put a small red alert button next to each offer so that if an offer is defected for any reason, you could click that and it could be taken to a report page where you can explain what is wrong with the offer. For example, it doesn't give instant credit, or the offer has expired, ect. It could be a nice addition.

Last night, I deactivated a number of offers which had industry average conversion rates.  Now, only offers which convert significantly higher than average are on the site -- this should translate to a better crediting experience for you all.

I also removed most of the duplicate-advertiser offers.  The ones that remain all have very high conversion rates which suggest that they credit well.

As mentioned, it's in our best interest for you to get credited and we do what we can to make that happen.  We are only human (and so are our users!).  The crediting process by nature occurs on the END USER's computer, which means its outside of our control.

Every offer on the site that has an "instant offer" marking has a consistent history of crediting instantly for the majority (usually 100%) of the people who complete it.  I realize that your personal experience is not consistent with that (and I'm sincerely sorry) but I have the numbers in front of me.

Well, I do thank you for that nice note to the admin.  However, I have requested manual credits properly including my email proof of purchase, complete with email headers, as instructed.  Excuse me for my attitude which comes out of frustration (along with many other posts from other unsatisfied members) but I believe you were the first to swear at me for 'bitching' in your post.  Thanks though, hopefully something will be done about 'instant offers' now.

I agree with you tlane. When we buy products from the store, we expect the product to work. When a website says "NO CATCH, JUST CASH!" we expect just that. There should be no catch of having to wait when it says INSTANT CREDIT below an offer.

HOWEVER, I do think that the Fusion Cash staff does a better job than any other GPT website out there. The admins here actually care about their members, and try to work things out instead of just saying oh well, tough luck. I appreciate that about Fusion Cash, it's not just another website. So, yeah, it's a little upsetting that our offers don't credit, but I'm glad that the staff here ACTUALLY cares and helps us to get paid instead of just sitting on their butts doing nothing. Thanks guys. :)

shetkowski and tlane,
Some offers, occasionally even "Instant Offers", can take up to 14 days before they credit. This is due to delays in the automated tracking systems, or the advertiser's manual verification system.

We sympathize with your frustration in failing to be credited -- we do not get paid unless you do!  Know that FusionCash uses every industry-standard technique for tracking offer completions - and that they occasionally fail due to reasons outside of our control.

We appreciate your continued patience.

I don't know if I am in the right area for this, but; here I go anyway! I am not a very observant person, but I just noticed a Mark tab on the offers. Is this new? If so, what is the reason or purpose of it? Thank you in advance for the help! :confused1:

Well, adminstrator I got no bonus and bgold please :-X  I agree with others; if I did the survey I should be paid for it simple as that.  I don't care if it was worth $0.10.  It was my time and effort and sometimes money spent doing them and I just want was I was promised.  Like I stated before I think its BS if they don't hold up their end of te bargain.  Who would get up a drive to "work" and not get paid for it?  Can't get something for nothing.  inboxdollars.com is another good one that has credited me for everything I 've ever done for them.

I just wanted to say that I have 2 offers that did not credit and I waited the 7 days and now I can't get manual credit because they are low paying offers. I know for sure the FastWeb went thru on their part because I am recieving emails and calls from them. Why wouldn't I get paid for that?

I also didnt get paid for fast web, and about 6 other offers. I would like some kind of compensation for this.

If you have problems with an offer crediting, and it has been more than 14 days since you completed it and it is not eligible for manual credit please send a support ticket and we will look over it for you. This forum is not a good place for us to address individual account issues.

i understand all of this, i didnt get my credit for the Hoodia. i even emailed the proof that they asked for, i payed for something and got nothing. and in return from fusionCash i got this.
"Recently, a few of our advertisers have refused to make payment to FusionCash in return for signups completed. This can occur due to several reasons: the user signing up and then canceling the product or service, several other users doing the same, the company going out of business or going bankrupt, etc. FusionCash, like many of its users, is very frustrated with these instances of non-payment, but unfortunately, the course of action that is available to us is very limited. Please understand that we are doing everything we can to ensure that every completed offer is rewarded as advertised, but that sometimes offer credit may be revoked. We apologize for the inconvenience."
that is BS... this as well as other 1.00 just to do survey, i have not gotten credit for... soo on that note a really great one is Vindale Research they are awsome.

Katie - That offer was revoked for a lot of people not just you. That is all on the advertiser - we have no control over them - it is a highly rare and unique situation but it does happen.
