Make sure you don't delete any cookies or stuff before getting your 15 cents.  And make sure you don't wait too long, or else it resets. You don't even have to download the toolbar, you just have to visit the links. I'm really sorry for your troubles, but I don't know what else to tell you.

Just bring up the page, do something else for a few minutes, come back and click 4 pages.
Click a random ad, click back, refresh the page.
Click the link for the toolbar, go back, refresh the page.
redeem your reward.

Carebear is right.  I was having the same problem at first.  Let the clock run out before you click on anything.  I just let it run out while I check my email.

I operate in tabs. I have my account page in the first tab and the Paid-to-click page in the next. Just click thru a few of the pages there and I have the forth, and last, page be the sudoku page and I just complete a game of that (usually takes up enough time).
Once I'm done with that game I click on the ad (which opens in a new tab) and it updates the progress section saying I've clicked on the ad and then close the tab which opened for the ad.
Then I click the toolbar link to go to the toolbar page (which opens in a new tab). Once the progress section shows that I've done that I close the toolbar page.
Finally, I click the "Click to get your credit" link which tells me to leave the next page open for 60 seconds. I click that and coolsurveys, or w/e, opens in a new tab. I then either complete another game of sudoku (on the Paid-to-click tab) or just let it sit on the account tab and do something else for a minute.
I then refresh the account tab to see if I've gotten the credit...if not then I leave the tabs open (there are 3 at this point) for a bit more and then refresh the account tab again. By this time the credit is showing on my account and I close the 2nd and 3rd tabs (the Paid-to-Click tab and coolsurveys tab).

I've done this for a few days now and have had no problems what-so-ever. In addition to getting $.15 I'm also doing myself some good by completing the sudoku puzzles (stimulates the brain...or something, lol).

I use Firefox for this by the way. When clicking the links it automatically opens in a new tab. Not sure if I had to change a setting to get it to do this...but it works for me!

P.S. If I've misspelled something or put something in the wrong order then I'm sorry. I complete these things when I first get up and I'm about to go to bed so I typed all this from a tired memory, lol.

I do it just like Sirerosennin.  Looks like a lot going on when you read it here but it's really very simple.  Once you get it down, this will be your 'bread and butter' offer.  Along with the daily 2 cent email.  Those 2 offers add up fast.

I have never had trouble with the paid to click. I also use tabs within Firefox, works every time!

I've always been credited, but I would assume if you chose to download the Fusion Cash toolbar and restarted your computer because of it before you clicked on the final ad and left it open for 60 seconds, you'd have to start all over again so it would know you'd clicked on everything.

I always click on the 4 pages and wait for the time to run out (usually read the celeb gossip while I'm waiting) before I click on anything else. That way, once I hit the ad the toolbar option pops up and once I hit that the last ad option pops up. If you click on the 4 pages and the 1 ad before the time runs out I find you have to hit the refresh button to get the next steps to appear. Should work after that tho! Just make sure you follow the instructions, and remember you don't actually have to download the FC toolbar to get the paid to click credit.

I can usually complete these really fast and it approves quickly..I use the tab system, too...usually read the hollywood gossip while the seconds tick by.

I use the tabs also, only I don't close the extra tabs until I am finished.  In the latest version of Firefox the ad will automatically open in a new tab, then I can go back and click on the toolbar link and that will also open in the same tab that the ad was in, and then when I visit the sponser it also opens in that same tab and then I will close that after the one minute time limit.

It does sound complicated at first, if you figure out how to do it then it seems much easier to complete each day.
