I have asked this question also.  I have never quite understood the responses.  Staff and administrators do post.  They also read our posts and will respond to them.  One staff is Kohler.  Other times, the response comes from administrator.   Welcome to FC.

Thank you, I have done these types of things before, but I hardly ever qualified for the surveys, I would spend 20 mins filling it in to be told, "sorry, you don't qualify"  or get paid  2 cents each email I read, that sort of thing.  One site, I am JUST getting to the thirty dollar cash in and I have read something like 8000 emails.  Its tough.  This site seems like it has far more options.  I am  hopeful.
