So to all my metal friends out there what is your favorite metal band and what is a great song by them?
My all time fav metal song is Syphon by Simon Says I completely love the lyrics and it pisses me off that in their prime they let it all go.
But when it comes to a favorite band I would have to say Cold which by most debate of some they are considered rock/metal.

I am old school and Rush is not really a "metal band" but my three favorite songs by Rush are:


1)  Subdivisions
2)  Spirit of Radio
3)  YYZ

I love most metal bands. I'm leaving tomorrow to go to Mayhem Fest to see Korn and Rob Zombie! Next month its time for Uproar with Disturbed. I also like Ozzy and Metallica!

A unsigned band called Gutbomb out of Salt lake City...They are competing on the battle of the bands competition right now.


My favorite song is Trashcan man.

I love anything SOD. My 15 year old son was shocked to know some of the groups were around when I was his age.

I have a few favorite metal bands... Goatwhore, Gorerotted, Cephalic Carnage. As for favorite songs, I love them all equally.
