The site works, but it takes time to figure out how to do things right.
I used to have problems getting anything to credit as well(most of us have gone through this). If you keep at it a bit more, you'll' get the hang of it.
Also, don't spend any more money, until you learn how to do the free offers.

Read CuppyCake's Guide. If you follow it, you should see your rate of approved offers increasing quite a lot.
