How many times have u bn married?

Twice for me. The first one was short. We parted without any fight. The 2nd one has been for 10 years, and it seems it's still in a honeymoon stage.

I am now married a second time. First marriage we were together for 13 years and maried for 10. We had kids together. It was an ugly divorce and 6 years later we finally said enough is enough. We settled out of court for child custody. I just had my one year anniversary with the love of my life. He is the best!!!

I always said when I was young that I wanted to get married once and that was it!   Well, I have been married almost 17 years (Will be next month) to the same person!   I am very blessed to have him in my life!

It's becoming more and more common today to married at a whim and divorce just the same. I always said when i was i for the long hall, i would always make it work. SO FAR SO GOOD. I have known him for over 10 years best friends first, lived togehter fo 2, married 3.  He is the one that can make me laugh with a stupid look. I think we work because we accept each others quarks.
People that have met us say we are meant for eachother just for how we act... SO tRUE love does exist. 

                     My husband and I have been married well 8years here on the 8th. We were together for 2 years first.  We are best friends. He can make me laugh with a look, a word or a simple gesture. We have 4 beautiful children. When we decided to get married in 2002 we were a faithful member of the local church so obviously we asked the pastor if she would do us a great honor and officaiate the cerimony. To our surprise she declined with the reson that "our relationship would not last, because of our age difference" We were completely astonished. To no advail we did get married but instead of the traditiional big church wedding we went to the local mayor instead. Look now 10yrs. together and 8yrs. of marriage later we are still going strong and are parteners in this thing we call life!!

I waited till I was 31, somewhat financially secure, and was extremely detail oriented when dating so as to uncover anything that may have caused our marriage not to work. 17 years later and going strong.  The only mistake was I asked about her parents, both deceased, but failed to ask about siblings...six alcoholic never-do-goods...2 of whom are in and out of jail!  We will survive!

I made that mistake once and at this time I do not think I will repeat it.  Sometimes I learn from my mistakes.

I have been married twice.  The first time was for 4 years-too young and the second time was for 10 years.  Big mistake with both marriages.  I will never marry again.  Don't need the drama and baggage.

I am married now and he is my first and will only be my husband. I have 2 woulderful children and we are going to adobted a 8 year old boy if everythign goes well and we are trying to have another baby and it will be the last one. I have been with my husband for 10 years and been married since 2007. My family is wounderful and nothing can replace it.

I'm not married, but, fun fact I learned in sociology was that the reason it's pretty common for divorce "nowadays" is because people are marrying for love instead of taking in some other, more important factors.  That sounds cold, but hear me out, most divorces occur about 5-7 years after marriage, when the idea of "love" changes for most people (the chemicals in your head die down, your tummy doesn't do those flips anymore)--you don't NOT love that person, but you're not in the same kind of love when you married.  It makes it easier to let an argument over finances or the bedroom lead to divorce.

Of course, there are many exceptions to this.  Just knowing that love changes over the course of time helps us combat the listlessness that sometimes comes with a long-term commitment

I've been married to the same man for over 41 years. I also have a sister who's been married the same lenght of time. My other sister and brother have been married 3 times each. My sister has been married to her 3rd husband for over 22 years. My brother for over 11 years. My Mom & Dad for almost 60 years. Dad died 3 weeks befor his 60th.
