HOW IMPorTANT is EDUCATION?

I recently obtained my MBA. I underSTAND, how important an education is.  Kids now-and -days don't have the same passion, why is that?   They all think life is simple - they won't struggle- little do they know. DREAMS are great to hold on to and even try to follow but not everyone can be the next Usher or Spears (but only some live long lives in the entertainment business)

I don't believe obtaining a degree is nearly as important as having a drive, and the ability to try new things. Money won't make you happy, doing what you love will.

i agree -- drive and passion are important.
for certain positions, etc the education is important.

i blame our parenting -->  if children are not encouraged to learn and have some "struggles' in their life -- they MAY end up not caring as much or thinking everything will be handed to them..... although i  don't ONLY blame parents......
