I rate FC a 9, I would give the site a 10 if there was more ways to earn besides completing so meny offers, dont have the cash to risk, or credit card cash for the offers, and if they lowered the amount of offers needed to cash out I would gladly give FC a 10, but there pretty close to a 10.
