Ok after reading so much about how yummy this coffe is I had to place my order.  I got credited pretty much instantly.  I can't wait now to try these Yummy flavors I ordered.  By the way I ordered the full beens so I can grind them at home.  How long can these stay fresh in the freezer?

forget my original post, i did'nt read your post correctly. lol

with whole bean, you want to store it in a air tight opaque container out of direct sunlight. i keep mine with my mugs in the cabinet. :)

put the entire bag in a sealed container, place in the freezer,  and you'll get a good 6 months.

Cool Deal I will have to get a good thing to put it in.  I usualy just close the bag and put it back in the freezer with the coffe I buy from the store.

Good beans should not be kept in the freezer as it ruins the flavor by basically drying out the beans.  As suggested, a cool, dark, airtight storage location is best.  I suggest using them as quickly as possible since the beans start to lose flavor immediately after roasting.  Coffee snobs will often toss out beans that are more than 7-10 days old.

I use coffee alot and never needed to store mine in freezer. lol i get like 5 bags a shipment. and thats gone within 2 weeks.  I just put mine in refride and seems to me its as fresh as can be. I also buy whole bean. so Id just keep it closed up put some masking tape around the top. that should work. I did that with cheap emergency coffee such as folgers. and after a month it was still fresh I did not have to put that in any kind of sealed up container.  I hate cheap coffee lol. and trust me Maxwill house is the worst. bitter after taste. well anywhobedo. that's my advice. so now jazz you have 2 choices lol.. do wat your lil heart wants to do :)  only Star bBucks or Bocca for me. I get gift cards for Star Bucks and its a nice treat for hubby and I to go to in Barnes and Nobles. Too bad they dont have a Bocca Java place here Id be going there alot too.
