Why is there rape..... because there are sick people in the world.
Why are there starving children.... because there is not enough food for them, there parents are poor, ect. ect.
why are there deformities..... because we are not all the same, sometimes things happen to people with knowledge you would understand.
why are people mentally ill... chemical unbalances
why are people atheists... because they have a mind of their own
how did we get here..... I got her when my bio-parents had sex then delivered. I do not dwell on mankind in a whole.

It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

Why do parents allow their children to climb on things or go out and run in gravel knowing they could get hurt?  Why do parents allow their children to join clubs and classes knowing that there are pedophiles in the world?  Because it is essential to the human race to grow and experience bad things.

There is also the possibility that g-d isn't an active participant in the world.  Our parents have given us the basic building blocks and set us loose.  We look to them for guidance, but ultimately we make the final choice.

I'm not saying that the bad things that happen in this world are justifiable; they aren't.  It makes me ill that there is such evil in this world.  If g-d was behind the evil or condoned it, I would feel betrayed.  I would expect an explanation.  

The simple fact that evil exists, though, is not alone a valid reason, IMO, to dismiss g-d.  If someone wants to dismiss g-d based on this reasoning, though, to each their own.  I just hope for people to live good lives.

My husband just told me, you need help. My husband is a christian and he says that the pastor at your local church will help you. Also if your a mouth of god as my husband says you are a very bad example of a gods child.
Hmmm bet you didn't think I was married to a christian. And above all from you I understand now that either no you are not a christian or you are just a troll as others have called you trying to bash others on the comp. My husband just told me I should feel sorry for you but I cannot. Something is seriously wrong with you whether it be you do need meds or your just a lost soul. Talk all the crap you want your not hurting anyone but yourself.
