I have tried for 3 days to sign up for the Home Depot Home Improvement Club.

PROBLEM IS----When I go there-----There is NO PLACE to enter any information. There is NO PLACE to sign up for anything. I submitted the problem to Customer Service.

Yes shernajwine is absolutely correct. After the page is completely loaded, you will most likely see two advertising banner. One on the right and another one on the bottom of the page. Click on any one of those advertisement and it will redirect you to another page where you can put in your information. I did it and I got credit for it.

Thanks for the information, BUTTTTT it does not work for me. BECAUSE there are no advertising banners to click on---when it loads up on my computer. There are a couple of big blank white areas. I give up. I waste so much time trying to get these things figured out or straightened out. I'll just do the 2 cent email and the 15 cent daily.

Or adblocking software is installed, or the HOSTS file is modified...

NOOOO! Don't give upppp!!! There's nothing you and I cannot conquer!

Anyway, what browser did you use. If you use Firefox, then try Internet Explorer. And make sure that you clear all of your cookies using CCleaner (of course you know this. I'm just reminding)

I used Firefox and it worked for me.

Best of Luck to You.  ;)

I tried this on one computer and I had the white screen and sometimes I get that the page cannot be displayed.  I tried it on another computer and it was there and then I did the offer!  I think that the admin is correct about it being an ad blocker or something with the host file.  My ad blocker was off, so I think that the host file was altered.  It is tricky to mess with the host file.  I guess I will have to live with it.

Crossing my fingers that I'll get credit. I clicked on the banner, and it opened a new pop up where I signed up. Not sure if the pop up will correctly link back to FC so that I'll get credit. Is that what you guys who got credit got? A new page from the banner?

I tried this on one computer and I had the white screen and sometimes I get that the page cannot be displayed.  I tried it on another computer and it was there and then I did the offer!  I think that the admin is correct about it being an ad blocker or something with the host file.  My ad blocker was off, so I think that the host file was altered.  It is tricky to mess with the host file.  I guess I will have to live with it.

I had this problem also for months!  I had white areas where the banners were supposed to be and so many times the pages could not be displayed when trying to do some of these offers!  I finally fixed it!  There is an easy way to restore your host file to the default at microsoft.com.  It took just seconds after I downloaded the fix.  My computer no longer has these issues!  It was a pain, because I always had to use my old computer to do many of these offers, it was the only way I could get them to display.  HTH others.

I thought that I should add that I think the host file could get altered due to adware, spyware or a virus.  There could be other reasons, but I assume that is what my trouble was.

Often, helpful software (anti virus, anti ad, etc) will "fix" the HOSTS file for you, and even if you later remove the software, the HOSTS file remains "fixed".  In this case, too, you will find that some banners will not load or be clickable.  It's true that messing with the HOSTS file is a bit complicated.  Here is a page with more info on it: http://www.internetinspiration.co.uk/hosts.htm
