I had some tofu in those Amy's organic dinners and I really liked it. I haven't had it with anything else though. I'm sure there's lots of good receipes online.

I have never tried Tofu and have never wanted to eat the stuff.  I am told it can be  used in a variety of ways-not sure about that.

I am lactose intolerant with a myriad of food allergies.  I do use tofu for lots of things.  I have seen chocolate tofu once, but haven't found it again in the stores; I do want to give that a go.

You’re very welcome, karenkpc.  I’m glad to share the link here for everyone.  Tofu is very versatile. It can be steamed, baked, or make into smoothies. It is very high in calcium and protein and a wonderful substitute for eggs too.

Everytime my husband buys tofu, It ends up blowing up in the refridgerator, because he never cooks it ontime, that's pretty funny, 'cause I can't stand the stuff!
