I don't think any of the aggregating sites are any better than others.  It's all just a guessing game, since the promotions end before any samples are sent out.

Walmart.com has free samples.  You don't even have to pay for shipping.

Teenfreeway.com  I scored whole magazine subscriptions from this one years ago.  You don't have to be a teen, they just point you in the direction of the free samples.

I check walmart.com every tuesday, just go to their site in the search type samples and it will pop up free samples and continue that way.  They don't change out their stuff as often as I'd like but it's still free!  It also doesn't restrict your requests by IP address, I sign myself, my mom, my grandma and my neighbor up all the same time
