Why Are My Approved Offers Expiring?!?!
« on: September 02, 2010, 10:21:01 am »
Today I went to my account and discovered that several of my approved offers from March are now EXPIRED!!!...Even my $5.00 'Signup Bonus' is now expired! What the Hell is up with that?!...I had close to $60.00, now I had to hurry and cashout at only $54.91 before more of my money is reduced!...CAN ANYONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THE HELL IS MY PAID OFFERS EXPIRING AND WHY THE MONEY THAT I DILIGENTLY EARNED IS NOW FREAKIN' GONE???!!!...I had no idea that offers that was approved and paid could ever expire!! I was waiting to reach $60.00 before cashing out. (So there's a limit on when you can cashout?! WTF?). I'm beyond pissed!

Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.

Thanks for replying...I had no idea!...Wish I would have known this before my money got deducted. I'll definitely make note of this!

I am still new but as soon as I had enough to cash out I did  so I could get started for the next month, just seems easier right now since I am learning.  :angel11:

180 days is plenty of time to get enough money to cashout.  We are sorry to hear you have some expired offers, but that is what the terms of service says.  I have had some expire because I did not visit the site for several months, which is my fault, not FusionCash.

I lost my $5 sign-up bonus because of this also.  I was new and hadn't bothered to read the TOS.  I just cash out more often now, that's all.

:) Thanks, yeah I definitely won't let that happen again. I recall reading the tutorial but the whole 180 day's thing slipped my mind...

Thanks everyone, I feel a lot better now knowing I wasn't alone.

Yeah, 180 days is definitely enough time to be able to cash out. I've heard of people coming back to FC after a year or more of being gone. They get really upset because they didn't read the T.O.S. and they lose their money.
